Ingredients
- 170 g Butter
- 165 g Brown Sugar
- 100 g Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 10 ml Vanilla Extract
- 190 g All-Purpose Flour
- 5 g Baking Soda
- 5 g Cinnamon
- 3 g Salt
- 240 g Rolled Oats
- 150 g Raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in rolled oats and raisins until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers still look slightly soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes (they will firm up), then transfer to wire rack.
- Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
