Homemade Pepperoni Pizza
Classic homemade pizza with a crispy crust, tangy tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, and savory pepperoni. Much better (and more cost-effective) than delivery! Makes two 12-inch pizzas.

Ingredients
- 500 g All-Purpose Flour
- 320 ml Water
- 7 g Active Dry Yeast
- 10 g Sugar
- 30 ml Olive Oil
- 10 g Salt
- 400 g Crushed Tomatoes
- 60 g Tomato Paste
- 3 Garlic
- 5 g Dried Oregano
- 5 g Dried Basil
- 400 g Mozzarella Cheese
- 150 g Pepperoni
Instructions
- For the dough: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let stand 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead for 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- For the sauce: Combine crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, oregano, basil, and salt.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with pizza stone inside if you have one.
- Divide dough in half. Roll each into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Transfer to pizza peel or baking sheet. Spread sauce evenly, leaving 1/2 inch border.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
