Ingredients
- 226 g Butter
- 400 g Granulated Sugar
- 75 g Cocoa Powder
- 3 g Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 10 ml Vanilla Extract
- 140 g All-Purpose Flour
- 200 g Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat.
- Whisk in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking vigorously after each addition until glossy.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle reserved chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely in pan before cutting into 24 squares.
