Ingredients
- 500 g All-Purpose Flour
- 240 ml Milk
- 50 g Granulated Sugar
- 7 g Active Dry Yeast
- 75 g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 8 g Salt
- 113 g Butter
- 200 g Brown Sugar
- 15 g Cinnamon
- 113 g Cream Cheese
- 56 g Butter
- 240 g Powdered Sugar
- 10 ml Vanilla Extract
- 30 ml Milk
Instructions
- For dough: Warm milk to 110°F. Mix with sugar and yeast. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour. Knead for 8 minutes until smooth.
- Place in oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
- Roll dough into 16x12 inch rectangle on floured surface.
- For filling: Spread softened butter over dough. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle evenly.
- Roll up tightly from long edge. Cut into 12 equal rolls.
- Place in greased 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise 45 minutes until puffy.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 22-25 minutes until golden.
- For frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
- Spread frosting over warm rolls. Serve immediately for best texture.
