Honey Almond Granola
Crunchy homemade granola loaded with oats, almonds, and a touch of honey. Perfect for breakfast with yogurt or milk, or as a healthy snack. Much better (and cheaper) than store-bought!

Ingredients
- 400 g Rolled Oats
- 150 g Sliced Almonds
- 75 g Sunflower Seeds
- 100 ml Honey
- 60 ml Coconut Oil
- 10 ml Vanilla Extract
- 5 g Cinnamon
- 100 g Dried Cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon.
- In a small saucepan, warm honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until melted and combined.
- Pour honey mixture over oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
- Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet in a thin layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and immediately stir in dried cranberries.
- Let cool completely on baking sheet (it will get crunchier as it cools).
- Break into clusters and store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- Serve with milk, yogurt, or eat as a snack.
